The breakfast with hot food. Lovely beds, perfect rooms and good bath. Marvellous and stunning location close to everything in a fairly nice area.

The location was peaceful and handy, close to Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies. Further, it was just next door to shops and main street, wall where hair drier had been mounted and the town centre.

Best western hotel in a modern area of Banff. Pleasant staff, modern rooms with microwave, balcony plus three beds in the basement. With a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

We asked for a comfortable modern room with balcony as well as great views and got one. The location was comfy, for example, Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel

It's excellent place for sightseeing and exploring Banff. Impressive rooms complete with a good shower, a long balcony and nice view, great staff. The setting is incredible and magnificent, just next door to restaurants, downtown and river, and beautiful park. Grizzly House Restaurant, where you can eat lunch, is not too far away from the hotel, enjoyed this place
